We are a new and progressive box in the Greece and Rochester area. We are looking to hire coaches with CrossFit Level 1 certificates or higher.
We offer a very generous compensation package to include complimentary CrossFit, competitive hourly wages, and continued residual monthly income from new members you recruit.
Profit sharing - Do you have what it takes to create and run your own specialty program? If so, get up to 40% of your specialty program dues.
If you are a personal trainer with a strong following and are looking to expand into CrossFit, we can help you achieve your goals. We can offer you space at the gym as well as help offset the cost of your Level 1 certificate.
